I like working in cross-disciplinary agile teams which work together as a community of professionals to achieve a common goal. Especially in product development where the target can be quite blurry at the beginning, it’s crucial to move towards the goal in small steps, increment by increment. Constant iterations support reviewing and fine-tuning both the direction and the process of (joint) work.
